How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email and/or text message with a tracking link.
If you unable to find your shipping notification email or text message, please reach out to us via our CONTACT page. Provide your name and the email address and/or phone number you used to complete the purchase and we'll promptly resend your shipping tracking details.

Can I make changes to my existing order?
Orders are processed when received. To make a change, please contact us via our CONTACT page as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
Does FAFABON ship to my country?
FAFABON currently only ships in the USA. If you want FAFABON delivered to your country, click here to let us know

Do you have a store in Providence, RI?
FAFABON hosted a pop-up store for the 2023 Pride Season in Downtown Providence, RI. Currently, we do not operate a brick-and-mortar store in Providence, RI, or anywhere else in the country.
