Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchange request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges and store credit requests receive free return shipping. Returns seeking a refund will be charged a return shipping fee of up to $10.

We’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
You will receive an email as soon as your refund or store credit has been processed.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Return credit is for purchase price only. Shipment fees are not refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on underwear, sale items, final sale items, and gift cards.
