Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping with a transit time of 2 to 4 business days through USPS for orders totaling $60 or more. Orders below $60 will incur a flat shipping fee of $6 for USPS delivery with a transit time of 2 to 4 business days.

We dedicate ourselves to preparing all orders within 24 hours of receipt and processing. Please note that our cutoff time for same-day order processing is 3 pm EST. Orders placed before 3 pm EST will be promptly dispatched on the same day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and US holidays. Please note that orders placed after 3 pm EST on Friday will not be shipped until the following business day.

We dispatch all items from our warehouse and operational hub in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Our inventory is exclusively stored in-house, ensuring direct and hands-on management by our team.

FAFABON is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, misplaced, or mishandled by carriers or third parties. Additionally, FAFABON is not liable for lost or misplaced packages resulting from customers entering incorrect shipping information during order placement.
